Billboard has revealed their “2013 edition of 21 Under 21: Music’s Hottest Minors” list and some of our favorite young stars made the cut. For those wondering, the list is based on how powerful these young acts have been in 2013.
The X-Factor‘s Fifth Harmony kicks off the list at #21 followed by Disney’s Bridgit Mendler at #13. Cher Lloyd comes in at #10, while another X-Factor creation, Emblem3, hits the list at #9.
Cody Simpson rocks the #8 spot followed by country singer Scotty McCreery at #7, and Austin Mahone at #7. Ariana Grande comes in at #4 with Miley Cyrus rocks the #3 spot.
Justin Bieber nabs the list at #2, while One Direction tops the list at #1.
