Joe Jonas strolled hand in hand down Melrose Avenue with his girlfriend, Blanda, today, October 11, in West Hollywood. The couple shared a few kisses while perusing the popular shopping location.

Joe and Blanda seemed very happy as they stopped several times to kiss. Joe and his brothers, Nick and Kevin announced they were canceling their Fall tour earlier this week. The tour was supposed to kick off tonight.

I wish we had more information on why the tour was so abruptly cancelled.
