Carrie Underwood recently spoke with Billboard about her upcoming busy November. Highlights from the interview are below.

On her upcoming appearance in The Sound of Music: “This is a live show on TV. So this is definitely a challenge for all of us.”

On heading to New York City three weeks before rehearsals began: “I wanted to be here and have all my lines memorized and everything and be ready for it. It’s been really wonderful.”

On hosting the CMAs with Brad Paisley again: “You never know what’s going to happen with us hosting”.
