It Only Takes A Smile

Selena Gomez visited the Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina this morning, October 27. Selena was on hand to meet with some of the hospital’s patients at Ryan Seacrest Foundation’s Seacrest Studios.

Selena will be performing at the city’s Time Warner Cable Arena tonight as part of her Stars Dance Tour. She will then head off to Florida to continue her tour.

This was so nice of Selena to drop by the Hospital. I hope everyone had a wonderful time!
