Justin Bieber enjoyed a bit of retail therapy today, November 16, in West Hollywood. He was accompanied by some male friends as they hit up a few stores.

Justin, who is in the middle of his Believe tour, stopped for several fans during his shopping excursion. He will head to Mexico to continue his tour on Monday then head to Australia before the year is over.
