Demi Lovato held a signing for her debut book Staying Strong: 365 Days a Year at the Grove in Los Angeles last night, November 23. Her book arrived in book stores last week.

Demi’s new book is a compilation of her favorite inspirational sayings and affirmations. Each day contains a quote, reflection and a goal. It can be found at any book store across the country!
