Lucy Hale had a wave and a smile for photographers as she braved the frigid weather in New York City yesterday, November 25. She is in the city to continue her promotional tour for her new country album.

Lucy, who held on to her Starbucks drink as she headed inside, is expected to release a single at the beginning of the year and her hit ABCFamily show Pretty Little Liars returns on Tuesday, January 7 at 8pm!

I have no idea how she is drinking a cold drink, it was so cold yesterday!
