Demi Lovato was a guest on Good Day LA this morning, December 2. Demi was on the show to promote her book Staying Strong: 365 Days a Year.

During her interview, Demi spoke about her busy schedule, her new book, being a role model, and so much more. FYI, Demi’s book went number 1 on the New York Time’s Best Sellers list!
