Justin Bieber was spotted out in Perth, Australia this weekend ahead of his final show on his wildly successful Believe tour. He closed the tour tonight, December 8, at Perth Arena.

Justin kicked off his tour in 2012 and traveled from the United States and Canada to Europe, Australia, Asia and more. Soon he will begin promotions for his new 3D tour movie Believe due on Christmas day!
