Lucy Hale chatted with USA Today about her brand new single, “You Sound Good To Me”. This is the first single to be released by the Pretty Little Liars star.

In the interview, Lucy talked about her new single, meeting Martina McBride, being a spotlight hog, and so much more. Highlights can be found below!

On “You Sound Good To Me”: “It sort of sets the foundation for where I see my career going. It’s fun, it’s catchy. I have it running through my head right now. That’s a good sign, I guess.”

On meeting her idol Martina McBride: “First of all, we’re the same height — 5-foot-2 — which is very cool,” Hale says. “But I don’t think I said a word to her, because I didn’t know what to say.”
