Gonna Get Better

Niall Horan was spotted at London’s Heathrow Airport yesterday, January 16. The star rocked a pair of crutches as he departed the airport after arriving on a flight from the United States.

Niall was in the US to undergo knee surgery on the knee he injured a few years ago. The star had put off the surgery because the length of recovery time did not fit into his busy schedule.

The singer took to his Twitter today updating his fans on the surgery saying, “Hey guys I know most of you have seen those pics today! Yes I’ve had major knee surgery , a much larger surgery than first anticipated, but i would like to tell u , it was a complete success !

Considering the scale of it! So all I ask of you guys is that you would respect my privacy as I try to recover and get for the where we are tour!”

You can see the photos here. It sounds like they didn’t really know what was really going on with his knee until they began the surgery.

From all of us here at BeautifulBallad we hope Niall has a fast and healthy recovery. And one word of advice….do not rush the recovery period! It will only make the knee worse.
