Demi Lovato recently opened up about her upcoming Neon Lights Tour. The young singer is scheduled to kick-off her tour this Sunday, February 9, in Vancouver.

During her brief interview with Ryan Seacrest, Demi spoke about what her Lovatics can expect on the tour. She also mentioned one of her inspirations for this tour.
