Miley Cyrus is featured on the cover of the newest issue of the German Vogue. The singer rocked a Hollywood glam look for the semi-topless photo shoot.

Miley is currently finishing up rehearsals for her upcoming Bangerz tour. The tour is set to kick off next Friday, February 14! Anyone going to open night.
