Keep On Working
Niall Horan visited the Derby County Training Centre yesterday, February 5. Niall was on hand to watch the team practice and prepare for their upcoming match, which takes place this Monday at the iPro Stadium.
Niall is currently on a much-needed break from performing with his fellow group members from One Direction. Niall has been spending much of his break recovering from his recent knee surgery and getting himself in tiptop shape for the group’s upcoming tour, which starts in April.
I hope Niall asked these guys about some good knee strengthening exercises!
