Demi Lovato chatted with The Insider about her upcoming Neon Lights Tour. In the video above, Demi talks the tour and we get some footage from her dress rehearsal held yesterday, February 5.

Demi will kick off her tour this Sunday, February 9 in Vancouver. Little Mix, Cher Lloyd, and Fifth Harmony are set to open for the star.
