The Ryan Seacrest Foundation has released a video from Demi Lovato’s recent video to their studios in Charlotte, NC. Demi stopped by the studios before taking the stage at the Time Warner Arena on February 23.

In the video, Demi gives advice on fashion, her favorite moment in her career, how to turn a bad day around, and so much more.

Demi is now in Tampa, where tonight, February 26, she will perform at the Tampa Bay Times Forum.
