Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert are releasing a song together! The song is called, “Somethin Bad” and is featured on Miranda’s upcoming album, Platinum.

Miranda revealed how she asked Carrie to sing on the song with her to PEOPLE. She told the site, “To me, this is such a big deal that Carrie and I are singing together. It took me forever to write the email to ask her, like I was writing to someone I had a crush on and you don’t want to mess it up.”

Miranda went on to say, “It took a week for her to get back to me and I was telling [husband] Blake, ‘She hates me, she hates the song, she’s never going to talk to me again, she’s probably going to change her email address!’ She finally wrote me back and said, ‘I think it’s awesome, let’s do it'”.

On the song, Miranda said the song meshes the two stars styles together and “It’s a great match of what she does and what I do. I hope she’ll come to the dark side and we can explode something on video! I want the ‘Before He Cheats’ Carrie!”

I think we all want “Before He Cheats” Carrie!! I am so excited to hear this song! Words cannot describe how excited I am.
