A brand new clip from Zac Efron’s new film Neighbors has been released. Zac is joined by David Franco, Seth Rogen, and Rose Byrne in this new comedy.

In Neighbors, a young couple face hard difficulties from their frat house neighbors. Zac’s new film opens in theaters on May 9.
