Justin Bieber was spotted out in Toronto yesterday, March 19. Justin, along with his entourage, took a brief moment to chat with some fans before continuing about his day.

Justin has returned to Toronto to spend some time in his hometown and with his family. He is also in town to continue studio work on his next project, which we hope is a new album.

Justin always seems so eager to meet with fans. It’s refreshing to see that after so many years of being in the business.
