Little Mix was on ITV’s This Morning today, March 21, in London. The ladies were on the show to promote their partnership with Sport Relief.

During the interview, the girls spoke about their time on the X-Factor, their upcoming tour, their single “Word Up”, and so much more. Don’t forget, the girls will be performing “Word Up” tonight on BBC 1 for Sport Relief.

They have got to be exhausted from all that traveling!
