Trying To Move On

Paramount is apparently close to closing a deal on Selena Gomez’s new film, Rudderless. The film recently closed the Sundance Film Festival this past January.

Deadline is reporting, “Paramount will acquire North American rights and several additional territories. It will start with a theatrical run in a deal that is taking shape with the Samuel Goldwyn Co.”

Rudderless “revolves around a grieving father in a downward spiral who stumbles across a box of his recently deceased son’s demo tapes and lyrics. Shocked by the discovery of this unknown talent, he forms a band in the hope of finding peace in the wake of his loss.”

If the deal goes through, Rudderless will most likely be released in the Fall! We will keep you updated.
