Miley Cyrus is on the cover of Seventeen Magazine. The singer graces the cover of the magazine’s May issue.

As you can tell, the photo is a recycled photo of Miley from an event earlier this year. The reason why an old image was used is because Miley did not okay covering the magazine. However, Seventeen opted to go ahead with the issue even though Miley said no.

The photos featured in the issue and her interview will be reused from her past Seventeen issues and events she has attended over the years.
