Felt So Alive

Magnolia Pictures has acquired the North American rights to Shailene Woodley’s new film, White Bird In A Blizzard. The film first premiered at the Sundance Film Festival this past January.

“Based on the novel by Laura Kasischke, Shailene  stars as a college-bound teenager who is just discovering her sexuality when her mother disappears. As time passes, Woodley’s character comes to grips with how deeply her mother’s disappearance has affected her.

She eventually finds herself confronted with the truth about her mother’s departure, and her own denial about the events surrounding it.”

No release date has been given for the film, but now that its rights have been acquired we should be hearing something soon.
