Nina Dobrev has landed a new role! The Vampire Diaries star will join Thomas Middleditch in The Final Girls. The horror comedy will be directed by Todd Strauss-Schulson.

The film “centers on a girl who, along with her friends, is mysteriously transported into the world of an iconic ’80s horror flick…The group must try to survive the movie and defeat its crazed killer”.

Malin Akerman, Adam Devine and Alexander Ludwig will also star. Production on the film begins next week in Louisiana!
