All Dressed Up

Taylor Swift made a surprise appearance at one lucky fan’s bridal shower yesterday, April 13, in Ohio. Taylor surprised Gena and her family during Gena’s bridal shower.

Taylor and Gena have known each other since Taylor first started her singing career. When Gena invited Taylor to her wedding, Taylor had to decline but promised to attend the shower.

Yesterday Taylor came through on her promise! She surprised Gena with several gifts, including a hand-stitched sign reading “It’s a Love Story” and “Gena & Bryan 5-24-14”. Taylor also gifted Gena with the cookies she and Gracie Gold baked over the weekend.

Gena took to her Twitter to share, “I was going to say I had no idea Taylor was coming it was a complete surprise. She’s an incredible person and amazing friend.” What a fun experience for both Taylor and Gena!
