Miley Cyrus celebrated her mother, Tish’s birthday tonight, May 13, in Manchester, England. Miley, her mom, and several friends and members of Miley’s Bangerz tour visited Neighbourhood for a fun night out.

The group goofed around with different props and face paint while Tish received a birthday cake made of shots! Miley will perform in Manchester tomorrow night, May 14.
