All I Could Say

The 2014 Billboard Music Awards were held tonight, May 18, in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand. Some of our favorite stars attended the event where they presented, performed, and took home some awards.

Austin Mahone kicked off the pre-show with an acoustic performance of his hit single, “Mmm Yeah”. The singer sounded great and I hope he releases an acoustic version of the song ASAP.

Ariana Grande also took the stage with Iggy Azalea to perform their new single “Problem”. Before she took the stage though Iggy performed her song, “Fancy” with Charli XCX.

5 Seconds of Summer made their American debut tonight when they performed their single, “She Looks So Perfect”. The boys are set to tour with One Direction when they come to the United States this Summer.

Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert debut their brand new song, “Somethin’ Bad” at the award show. I don’t know how I feel about the song. It just ended and I feel like it was missing something. What did you think?

Miley Cyrus took home the award for “Top Streaming Artist” and she also performed alongside Wayne from the Flaming Lips. They sang a cover of the Beatle’s hit “Lucy In the Sky with Diamonds!”
