Demi Lovato was spotted outside ITV Studios this afternoon, May 28, in London. Demi looked to be in great spirits as she made her way outside the studios to greet fans who had been waiting quite a bit for her.

Demi is currently in London to promote her Neon Lights Tour. Demi will be performing at KOKO on June 1 as part of the tour and will also be making a big announcement in regards to her music tomorrow, May 29, at 10am PST.

I wonder if she is announcing more tour dates?
