It’s My Party

Debby Ryan celebrated her 21st birthday with a party at No Vacancy in Hollywood on May 27. She was joined by her boyfriends and friends, including Victoria Justice, for the shindig.

Debby actually turned 21 on May 13 but delayed her party two weeks. She spent her weekend watching her friend’s get married before celebrating her momentous birthday.
