That’s A Scary Clown

Steve-O has uploaded a new video to his YouTube page that features Justin Bieber. In this new video, Steve-O, who is dressed like a clown, spends the majority of video pulling pranks on people, while following Justin around.

The two were spotted earlier this month at the local skate park in Venice Beach. I think it is safe to assume that this is what transpired during their hangout sesh.
