Home Is Where The Heart Is

Josh Hutcherson has purchased himself a new home. He purchased the East Coast traditional home in Studio City, CA for $1.25 million.

“The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property was extensively remodeled in 2011. Now, the swank home features dark wood floors, a vaulted beam ceiling, and a formal dining room with fireplace, overlooking a charming brick patio.”

Josh apparently still has his other home in the Hollywood Hills, but unlike his new digs, it sits behind a fence and is in a gated community. His one is Studio City has no fence and is located right on the street.
