La La Land

Emma Watson may have landed herself a new film. The young actress is in early talks to star in the new musical La La Land, which will be directed by Damien Chazelle.

According to The Wrap, this new film will tell the story of  “a pair of dreamers — aspiring actress Mia, who’s lonely desperate to fit in, and cocky yet charismatic jazz pianist Sebastian — who fall in love in Los Angeles. However, the city that brought them together may tear them apart, as they soon discover that balancing love and art in such a cutthroat climate isn’t easy.”

Emma will be playing the female lead, Mia, alongside Miles Teller.  No word on when production on the film will begin, but we will keep you informed as we learn more.
