A sneak peek look at Demi Lovato’s appearance on Logo TV’s Trailblazers has been released. Demi filmed her segment for the event this past Monday, June 23 in New York City.

In the video, Demi shares her own personal connection to the LGBT community through her grandfather who was gay. Demi talks of him and how his story has inspired her.
