Justin Bieber was spotted chilling in his car outside of Bootsy Bellows last night, June 26, in Los Angeles. The young entertainer was on hand to enjoy a night on the town alongside Amber Rose and Peter Rosenberg, who were also at the venue.

Justin has been in out of the studio for the past few months working on his latest album. When he isn’t in the studio though, the young singer has been enjoying some one-on-one time with his lady, Selena Gomez.
