Justin Bieber was spotted cuddling up to rumored ex-girlfriend, Chantel Jeffries and her friend, Catherine Paiz in new Instagram photo. Chantel and her friend apparently took the picture when they were at Justin’s house last week.

Chantel was first spotted hanging with Justin in Miami when he pulled over for drag racing in January. Chantel revealed in an interview that she and Justin have only ever been friends.

However, Chantel is not the only girl Justin has been seen cuddling up to. Justin was also seen hanging with an unknown female at Chris Brown’s 1st Annual Skate Jam Party yesterday, June 29, in Los Angeles. Justin kept his arm around the girl as they closely chatted outside the event.

Justin recently reunited with his on-again/off-again girlfriend, Selena Gomez. The two had called it quits earlier this year, but decided to reconcile earlier this month. Hopefully, things are still going well. What do you guys think?
