Justin Bieber cuddled up to his new lady friend Yovanna Ventura today, July 8. The new couple was spotted out shopping in Beverly Hills.

Justin also uploaded a photo of the pair cuddling while Yovanna posted a photo with Justin, too. Justin and Yovanna were linked earlier this year but he soon reunited with his on-again/off-again girlfriend, Selena Gomez.
