Liam Payne was spotted out and about in Dallas yesterday, August 23. The young singer was joined by his lady as they did a bit of sight-seeing before visiting a local tattoo shop.

Liam is in Dallas to perform at AT&T Stadium as part of One Direction’s Where We Are Tour. After their performance there, the boys will to St. Louis to continue the tour.

I wonder if Liam got another tattoo to add to his collection?
