Demi Lovato recently sat down with MTV to offer up some advice to her friends in Fifth Harmony. The young singer and the girl group are both scheduled to appear at tonight’s VMAs and Demi had some suggestions for the girls’ pre-show performance.

Fifth Harmony is expected to perform “Bo$$” during the pre-show and my hope is that all the girls feel 100% after their health scare a few days ago. Demi, on the other hand, is just one of the many stars to chosen to hand out this year’s Moonman.

The MTV VMAs kicks off tonight with their pre-show at 8pm EST and the show following at 9pm EST.
