Demi Lovato attended the National Alliance of Mental Health Annual National Convention this morning, September 4, in Washington DC. The young star was on hand to talk about Mental Illness, including her own experiences.

Demi will remain in the DC area to do some last-minute rehearsals for her upcoming Demi: World Tour. Demi will then kick off her tour on September 6 in Baltimore.
