Could You Be Home
Heffron Drive brought their Happy Mistakes Tour to Washington, D.C. last night, September 4. The band is currently promoting their debut album, Happy Mistakes, (due on September 9). I sat down with Heffron Drive to talk the upcoming album, touring internationally, and more. You can watch the interview above.
Heffron Drive took the stage just before 9pm and put on quite the show. I had the opportunity
to see Kendall Schmidt when he was performing with Big Time Rush, but last night was like seeing a new person. He looked more comfortable onstage and he and Dustin Belt did a great job keeping the crowd entertained. The music was little more mature than Big Time Rush’s and the fans seemed to have a great time.
The band performed songs off their upcoming album including crowd favorites, “Everything Has Changed” and “Parallel”. Both guys played their guitars during the show and Dustin even played the keyboard. My favorite song of the night was “Not Alone”, which will be featured on the deluxe edition of their new album.
If you have not already pre-ordered Heffron Drive’s album, I would do so now. Every song I heard last night is one I plan to put on repeat once the album arrives.
