Demi Lovato kicked off her Demi World Tour in Baltimore, MD tonight, September 6. This is the second tour for Ms. Lovato this year. Demi toured this past Spring on her Neon Lights Tour.

Demi began preparations for the tour a couple of weeks ago, but spent the early part of this week in Charlotte, NC before heading to Washington, D.C. for an event and then onto Baltimore for last minute rehearsals before the show.
