Justin Bieber’s assault charge from December 30 has been dropped. Justin was charged for assaulting a limo driver in Toronto, after the driver picked him and friends up from a nightclub that day.
Justin’s lawyer appeared in court today, September 8, in Toronto where prosecutors notified him that the charge “was withdrawn because there was no reasonable prospect of conviction, prosecutors said in a brief court appearance.”
Though this is not the last of Justin’s legal troubles. Justin will have to appear in court again on September 29, where he will have to deal with the charges against him from an ATV incident on August 29.
