Bella Thorne attended the Jeremy Scott Fashion Show in New York City today, September 10. Bella rocked one crazy outfit as she met up with Miley Cyrus inside the event.

Miley was at the event to show off her Dirty Hippie Collection. All jewelry worn by the models during the fashion show was created by Miley.
