Lost In An Instant

The official poster for the sixth season of The Vampire Diaries has been released. The poster includes the entire cast with the caption, “All hell breaks loose”.

I find it interesting that Elena and Stefan are holding hands in the poster. I mean, I can understand why Bonnie and Damon are posed the way they are, but not Elena and Stefan. Any ideas?

The new season begins on October 2!
