Miley Cyrus may find herself in some legal trouble with the Mexican government in the near future. Miley may be facing prosecution for disrespecting the Mexican flag during her show in Monterrey, Mexico on September 16.

During the show, “one of her dancers slapped her prosthetic butt with a Mexican flag.” Because of this” the state of Nuevo Leon wants her prosecuted. The crime of desecration carries a $1,200 fine and a 36 hour jail sentence.”
