Do This For Me
Taylor Swift is on the cover of PEOPLE’s 40th Anniversary issue. Taylor recreated Mia Farrow’s iconic Great Gatsby look from the inaugural issue in 1974 for the new issue.
In the issue, Taylor talks to the magazine about her new album, 1989, how she has grown over the years, dating, opting to be single, and so much more. Highlights can be found below.
On how she had changed in the past couple of years: “Being on my own, prioritizing my girlfriends, my family and my music above everything else and trying things I never thought I’d try. It’s really been a liberating and freeing time.”
On opting to be single: “I made the decision to spend time on my own and figure out who I am. When you take the other person out of the scenario and you’re walking through life on your own, you end up figure out what you actually like without anyone else’s input.”
On dating: “I’m not too worried about whether I meet someone. I’m going to be happy either way.”
