Selena Gomez visited Children’s Hospital LA today, October 8, in Los Angeles. She spent time with the patients posing for photos and signing autographs.

Selena recently premiered her new film Rudderless last night also starring William H. Macy and Felicity Huffman. Her new film is set to open on October 17.
