Demi Lovato has released a new video in regards to her Mental Health Listening & Engagement Tour. The young singer kicked started the tour around the same time as her Demi: World Tour.

In this new video, Demi updates us on what she has been up to on this tour, including her stop in Washington D.C. to speak at the National Alliance on Mental Illness annual convention. We also get a look at how Demi plans to become an ever stronger advocate for Mental Illness.
