Fifth Harmony performed on Good Morning America this morning, November 7, in New York City. The girls performed their new single, “Sledgehammer” for the morning show.

Before taking the stage this morning, the girls surprised the fans waiting outside the GMA studios. The girls delivered donuts to all those waiting to catch a glimpse of the girls at GMA.
