The Hunger Games: Mockingjay-Part 1 director, Francis Lawrence talked to Vanity Fair magazine about the new movie in this video. He talked to the magazine about shooting the film in parking garages, how Josh Hutcherson helped Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth shoot certain scenes, and so much more.

I love that they shot the reaction to Peeta’s messages with his actual message. Normally, that would have been added in after the scene was shot, but they decided to play it and thus got Jen and Liam’s natural reactions to seeing him on screen!
